Every fish has a distinguished flavor and unique taste. If you want to be a good cook for the seafood, you have to know how to blend them into something better on plate. You can use some magic with Japanese sake and soy sauce for seafood.

Alaska Snow Crab Chowder  
 
Alaska snow crab --- 1/2
Shimeji mushroom --- 1/2 pack
String bean --- 4 sticks
Carrot --- 3-4 cm
Paprika (red & yellow) --- 1/2 each
Welsh onion --- 1/2 stick
Corn --- 2 tbsp.
Stock --- 400cc
Milk --- 400cc
Miso (bean paste) --- 1tsp.
Salt & pepper --- to taste
