
Right-eyed. Eyed side olive to brown with dark mottling. Dorsal and anal fins have faint dark bars, and a narrow black line at base. Blind side snowy white. Fins yellowish on both sides of body. Scales rough.

To 48 cm (19 inches). Average size is 13 inches and .5-1 pound.
