5-9 lbs., but can reach lengths of 40 in. and 40 lbs.

Loose, random in wetlocks. Fresh 4/6; frozen whole.

Fresh: dressed; head-off (J-cut/collar removed), size 5/7 & 7/up.
Frozen: dressed; head-off (J-cut/collar removed), size graded 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, 5/7 & 7/up.
