A larger than normal plate segment at the break between the body and tail section. Lateral white spots on shell.

Size
From -/15 to a 41/60 count per lb.

Packaging
Frozen raw in-shell, either in blocks or IQF in bags or pouches.

Fresh: Head-off in 5 lb. boxes in throw packs. Glazed but not ice caked.
3 lb. & 5 lb. boxes - 30 lb. masters.
