œ ASMI cooperated Christmas event for women

@ On December 13th, there was a Christmas event invited 150 women at Bunka Hoso's (JOQR) new company building in Hamamatsu-cho. "Plus F", a special project launched by female staff members of JOQR, conducts the events to meet the womens' needs and demands and ASMI cooperated for this Christmans event.
ASMI provided menus such as petit rice boll with Alaska pollock roe, ikura, snow crab and salmon flake, and several kinds of Alaska seafood salad, and gratins with salmon and snow crab. All the menus were gone immediately once the event started and event attendees enjoyed wild & natural Alaska seafood.

œ Cinema Preview Event for "Lassie"

@ Following the first cinema preview event in last June, ASMI sponsored the second cinema preview event for "Lassie" held at Theater Apple in Shinjuku on December 9th. ASMI invited 700 general people and provided Alaska seafood lunch box.
The menus of the lunch box were; 5 kinds of petit sushi balls with Alaska snow crab, salmon, Ikura, pollock roe, and spicy pollock roe, and panko-fried salmon, popato salad with pollock roe, grilled chum salmon belly meat etc. Event attendees really enjoyed Alaska seafood, and the film.

œ ASMI co-sponcored "Good Partner's Day"

This year again, ASMI co-sponsored "Ii Fufu no Hi"(Good Partner's Day). This year, Mr. Eiichiro Funakoshi, and Mrs. Kazuyo Matsui was selected as a 'best partner of the year 2006' under the theme of "Let's walk together".

œ Ii Fufu de Kitchen

"Ii Fufu de Kitchen" cooking seminars were held as a part of the event for "Good Partner's Day" in Kawasaki, Chofu, Katsushika, Hachioji cities.
Mr. & Mrs. Julien, special cooking instructor taught original recipes using Alaska salmon and black cod - 'Grilled Alaska salmon rillette" and "Deep fried Alska black cod exotic style".
Couples really enjoyed the seminar and worked hard together.

œASMI Participated Kyokuichi Trade Show

ASMI participated in Kyokuichi's trade show in Asahikawa, Hokkaido on Oct. 17th.
Variety of Alaska seafood such as sockeye salmon, Sujiko, Black cod were displayed at the booth and ASMI provided information materials and offered seafood menu samplings - "Sockeye salmon meuniere with anchovy butter" and Sockeye salmon sashimi. The attendees really enjoyed Alaska seafood menus and commented, "it has really good taste, flavor and beautiful color".
Kyokuichi has been handling Alaska seafood for many years. They mentioned, "the demand for Alaska salmon in EU and USA has been increasing rapidly. We should play in the global market place more from now. "

œThe Wild & Natural Alaska Seafood Fair! @

Alaska seafood fair Oregon Bar & Grill Restaurant, a sister restaurat of McCormick & Schmicks seafood restaurant based in Portland, Oregon, featured wild and natural Alaska seafood menus for the entire month of July, 2006.
Simply immaculate Alaska seafood menues developed by Grand Chef Toda attracted more customers than in the same season of the past during the menu fair.

œASMI tie-up promotion with Ichimasa Kamaboko @

ichimasa Ichimasa Kamaboko kicked off summer kanikama campaign from July 1st jointly with ASMI and Moranbong Korean barbecue sauce and soup maker, having co-developed espicy kimchee dressing for kanikama saladf to be included in the 400,000 consumer packages of kanikama products.
